Who thought there will be a game two years later from the same publisher that will feature a much bigger map? Well, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will feature England, but also parts of Norway. Ubisoft Producer Julien Laferrière says that the game will have a bit bigger map than Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Don’t forget that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has a huge map, perhaps the biggest in open-world games.

In an interview, which has been translated to English, Julien Laferrière said “I would actually say in terms of range [Valhalla] is probably a bit larger than Assassin’s Creed Odyssey,” said Laferrière. I do not have the exact figures at this stage, but we have not only created the whole country, which is, in this case, England, but also to a good part of Norway too.”

“There are other secret worlds, which I can not speak about today, which contributed to the size of the game. It’s not a small game, it is a game which is clearly ambitious, which will offer many many hours of gameplay for the players.”

We have heard a lot about Ubisoft’s upcoming big game. The game was first rumored to run at more than 60 FPS on Xbox Series X. However, upon confirmation the game developers that it’ll run at atleast 30 fps, which has disappointed fans.

“Currently, we can guarantee that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will run at least 30 FPS. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will benefit from faster loading times, allowing players to immerse themselves in history and the world without friction. Finally, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will benefit of improved graphics made possible by the Xbox Series X, and we can’t wait to see the beautiful world we’re creating in stunning 4K resolution.
