Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone upcoming Season 4 has been postponed. Season 4 was scheduled to release on June 3. However, a recent tweet updated the fans that it’ll be postponed. Moreover, Infinity Ward also says that Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 is also being pushed.

This announcement is definitely related to the death of George Floyd. Further, Call of Duty has not officially said it is being delayed due to the current Havoc in America. However, we can clearly see it says “We Stand alongside you”. This meant that Infinity Ward is supporting the Black Lives Matter campaign.

Coming back to the topic, Call of Duty Tweeted “We are moving the launches of Modern Warfare Season 4 and Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 to later Dates.”

After the Death of George Floyd, PS5 event was also delayed. Companies like, Sony tweeted thrice, condemning the killing of George Floyd. Moreover, other gaming companies like Microsoft, Naughty Dog, Riot Games, and EA also expressed solidarity with the Black Community.
