Update : Assassins Creed 2 is free on Uplay site til April 17 at 6:00 PDT / 9:00 EDT /14:) BST.

German site mydeals spotted Assasin’s Creed 2, which will be free this week on Ubisoft. It was then further shared by Analyst Daniel Ahmad.

Assasin’s Creed 2 will be completely free to keep, from April 14. Ubisoft has been giving away a lot of games lately. Their scheme of staying home is being supported by these free giveaways. Similarly, we have also seen their games (Assasins Creed Syndicate) being given away on other platforms like Epic Games.

Along with Assasin’s Creed 2, there will also be an Uplay-exclusive map for the game. Once you have the game in your library, click the offer icon on the front page, which will get you 40 extra Ubisoft club points. These can be used to unlock the map, which includes the Auditore Family crypt.

Apart from Assasins Creed 2, other Assains Creed games including Brotherhood and Assasins Creed Revelations will also feature heavy discount from April 14.

Assassins Creed 2

Looking at these three games, they all belong to the famous Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Ezio story starts in Italy, where he finds out that his father was part of Assassins. He then finds out about his father’s particular death and starts a journey seeking his revenge. Ezio travels through all Florence in search of revenge.

Afterward, he learns about the plans of Rodrigo Borgia, on which Renaissance luminaries including Leonardo Da Vinch enlighten him. Along with Da Vinci, Machiavelli also supports him, during his further journey to Venice in 1497. The story is very interesting, and it is one of the best-selling Assassins Creed Games.
