Recently, much anticipated Halo Games were finally featured on Steam. Afterward, they have been just sparking over the sales and making new records. Today we have news that Halo: Reach recently launched on Steam has moved to fifth on Valve chart of most played games.

The game is right behind the popular titles like CSGO, Dota 2, PUBG, and Rainbow Six Siege. The margin between Rainbow Six Siege and Halo is barely 10000, and both titles constantly replace each other for the fourth position. Furthermore, Steam statistics show that Halo pack has currently around 100,000 players online, and 161,024 is the peak hit today. Well, this is amazing, considering older title Rainbow Six Siege had 114,841 peak today.

Halo is new to the Steam market place and not a lot of users are aware of the game, thus we might see even more increase. Furthermore, if you compare it to the other big guns, Halo is ahead of GTA 5, Destiny 2, and Rocket League. Firstly, we have to realize that most of these Halo titles were launched in 2010 and some before that, hence it is incredible that they are still carrying their Xbox 360 legacy. Secondly, these stats are only from taken from past 24 hours, because Halo Reach was released on December 3 and today is December 4.

Halo games are performing really well, they are smoothly optimized. The system requirements are kind of below average and most of the gamers will be able to play on Ultra settings. According to TechRadar, the game can achieve 60 fps in 4k on a 6-year-old graphics card, wow that’s amazing. This brings us to a conclusion that majority of games like GTA V and PUBG are quite heavy and not a lot of gamers are able to play it, thus Halo is full filling the demand with its amazing gameplay and low system requirements
