“MSI remains committed to our mission of putting our customers first. In light of the health concerns surrounding coronavirus across the globe, we want to ensure that our valued customers don’t have to worry about anything other than their health and safety.”
Many countries have declared a state of emergency because of Coronavirus, people are not allowed to go outside. Anyone who had defected product would be given more time to get a refund because there is a high risk of being caught by Coronavirus if you tried dropping it to a shipping center.
Furthermore, this two-month Extention only includes Desktop PCs, all-in-one-computers, motherboards, cases, monitors, and PC Cabinets. You might have noticed that Graphics Cards are not included for some reasons. Additionally, you must signup for MSI Rewards Program, in-order to claim your defected product.
Lastly, Eligible products also include those who had warranties expire this month, and customers living in South Korea, Italy, Germany, France, Japan, Spain, USA, Switzerland, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Australia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Belgium, or Canada.
