People who purchased the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and 5700 have faced so many issues in the past. AMD has been working tremendously to ensure its customers face no issues. They released a couple of new drivers that solved most of the issues. However, the Black Screen issue is not solved yet.

In the latest blog post, AMD has told all its customers that they should report them the issue, instead of posting on other communities like Reddit.

“If you’re still experiencing any issues on your system, we kindly encourage you to submit a bug report so we can get to work on fixing them. Posting issues on Reddit and other community forums, although helpful, does not necessarily mean we’ll be able to spot your post or get enough information from it, so the best way to get issues resolved quickly would be to submit your report directly to us,” AMD stated in a blog post.

Their support website is also open to everyone. Buyers facing this terrible issue have to share their part number, driver version, and graphics card model. More specific details for benchmarks on specific games and issue notes are also required to fill in. Apart from this, AMD said that they take issues very seriously, and they are trying their best to resolve all problems.

“You spoke, we listened. The AMD and Radeon communities include some of the most vocal people on the internet. You proudly show off your AMD hardware and rave about how great your system is, but you’re also quick to point out issues that you have come across with equal passion. Our team pays close attention to all your posts and we’ve worked diligently with our engineers to resolve as many of those issues as possible in the latest release of Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition,”

Lastly, they recommend everyone to do a clean installation of AMD drivers. In order to choose a clean installation, they must select the “Factory Reset” option during installation setup. Afterward, your system will restart before installing new drivers. Suppose this did not work, you must submit your issue to AMD at their support website
