We have seen everyone doing something that can help others in this Coronavirus Crisis. A few weeks ago, iPhone manufacturer Foxconn announced that they will start making COVID-19 Protection masks to ensure their workers health. Afterward, Xiaomi & Oppo also debuted their masks. China’s mega-giant E-Commerce site Alibaba was so generous that it sent tons of supplies to Europe. The company’s founder & successful Entrepreneur Jack Ma also donated millions to coronavirus protection organizations.

Similarly, Today Riot Games and Co-Founders Brandon Beck and Marc Merill have donated $500,000 each. The news was confirmed by The Wrap, afterward, Riot talked about it in a statement.

The total donated money is $1.5 million. Out of this $1.5 million, $400,000 will go to the Los Angeles Food Bank. Similarly, $200,000 will go to the Mayor’s Fund for Los Angeles, which is further contributing to medical equipment and different things.

“On top of that financial contribution, Riot Games is working to secure critical personal equipment for LA’s hospitals, like much-needed masks to protect our front-line doctors and nurses,” Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti said in a press conference.

“Los Angeles has always been Riot’s home and Angelenos are an irreplaceable part of our success (and) we’re proud to be able to give back to our community in this difficult time,” Riot Games said in a statement. “As a global company, we will also continue to evaluate how we can help battle this crisis on a global scale.”
