Riot’s recent project Valorant has become immensely popular. The game is now getting it’s first major skins update, which includes new Ultra Edition Skins. If you don’t know, Ultra is just another tier in the game, out of the other 5. The New Ultra Edition skins come in a bundle called Elderflame. It features four weapons, including a knife, that has dragon looks. It somewhat resembles and reminds me of the Witcher 3 Logo.
The weird thing about the bundle is that it costs more than the game itself. The bundle will be estimated to cost $100. Subsequently, One skin would cost you around $24-25. I’m not entirely surprised by the prices, because time and time again we have seen insane prices on games like these.
In contrast, PUBG had the trenchcoat which used to cost more than $1000. Moreover, CS: GO has a list of Knifes, that is incredibly expensive. So expensive, that you can get a car with it. In my opinion, The Elderflame bundle is priced correctly, because you are getting four skins and that too in the ultra tier.
In the same vein, some bundles are relatively cheaper, like the ones available in Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends, but it is what it is.
