A YouTuber called Skullz recently made a discovery of a trademark filing for an upcoming Watch Dogs 3. However, the trademark was filed on November 29th, 2018 but it popped up a few days ago. The trademark is pending, and it’s fair to say that we won’t see Watch Dogs 3 until late somewhere in 2020.
Watch Dogs 3 will probably be a launch title for the next-gen PlayStation and Xbox because the trademark isn’t connected to the previous Watch Dogs. There are also speculations that the next Watch Dogs game will take place in London, but that has yet to be confirmed.
We have yet to hear from Ubisoft regarding this trademark filing. This could all be just a refiling for the whole Watch Dogs series, but that is highly unlikely.
So, just sit back and let’s wait, if there are any updates concerning this situation we will update you.
