Nintendo once well known for its excellent customer satisfaction is no more. The company battling with consistent leaks and security issues is being criticized all over the internet. Apart from security issues, Nintendo is also unable to sort out the Joy-Con Problem. In a new update, the company’s president has apologized for the problem, but as of yet, no solution has been put up.

In a Japanese Investor Meeting, Nintendo’s President Shuntaro Furukawa gave a statement “apologising for any inconvenience caused to our customers regarding Joy-Con controllers”

“We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers regarding Joy-Con controllers,” he said. “We are continuing to improve our products, but currently Joy-Con is subject to a class-action lawsuit in the United States and is a pending issue so we cannot comment on any specific actions we may take.”

The Joy-Con problem which appeared last year in Switch has still not been sorted out. If you don’t know. Well, the problem starts with Nintendo’s Controllers, that constantly detect movement, despite being untouched. Therefore, users are unable to play games and the whole problem becomes very frustrating.

A few months ago, Nintendo was taken to court by one of the users who faced the Joy-Con issue. The Person from Seattle, Washington told the court that his Switch was replaced. However, he later found out that the new one was faulty as well. According to him, his Nintendo Switch was still under warranty, and he accused Nintendo of scam.

As you would have thought, Nintendo is not commenting on any inquiries or solution. Fans are really upset over this behavior, and people have started to question Nintendo regarding its security and customer satisfaction.
